PURPOSE
Support the activities and projects of the Human Resources and Organizational Development Department to execute constant improvement. Contributes to the efficient Masis operations by performing their duties accurately and in a timely manner.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work closely with the VP and Director of HR Organizational Development to drive a culture of process excellence.
• Perform multiple administrative tasks including but not limited to: Employment verifications, National Support Notices, E-verifications, Background checks, HR audits, branch audits, benefits enrollments, COBRA administration, etc.
• Assist with the key HR functions including internal recruitment and staffing, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance, and talent management.
• Assist with the design of Standard Operating Procedures for all areas of the company.
• Administer benefits programs for specific client groups and keep compliant timely filing according to federal and state regulations.
• Responsible for tracking the Employee Performance Review Process for all divisions of the company.
• Assist department heads with the Employee Review Tile and the Performance Module of BambooHR.
• Responsible for documenting follow up activities from the performance review process including but limited to merit raises, PIPs, training request, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
• Ensure compliance with local legislation and regulations and corporate governance structure.
• Ensure compliance with policies, practices, and legal requirements, including all federal and state labor laws.
• May analyze trends and metrics and understand the business needs to develop proactive human resources programs.
Human Resources Department
• May facilitate investigations and document all HR related incidents, employee relations, and legal claims.
• Responsible for managing multiple process improvement initiatives to attain best practices and exceed industry standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• 1-3 years of HR generalist experience.
• Proficiency in multiple computer software applications is necessary.

ADDITIONAL NOTES
Routine office environment and various customer location visits. May require extended daily work schedule, occasional weekends, and extensive travel.
