Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your daily tasks will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse population of clients experiencing various mental health concerns, including but not limited to, trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. Many clients seek our services through referrals from community health clinics and local outreach programs in McAllen, allowing you to make a significant difference in their lives through effective mental health care.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this position, candidates must possess:

• A valid state license as an LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), or LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to connect with clients from various backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
