Safety Coordinator

Drive operational implementation of polices strategies and initiatives in a way that builds a Company-Wide ZERO injury safety culture. Evaluate, monitor, and communicate developments regarding legislation and regulation related to industry Safety. Serve as management representative with OSHA our customers and other safety regulatory agencies. Manage the company"s safety OSHA recordkeeping. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local safety laws, regulations, codes and rules. Conducts safety inspections and audits to assess compliance with safety rules and regulations. This will assessments to measure performance of project teams and subcontractors. Excellent report writing skills combined with the ability to perform root cause analysis effectively. Certifications in first aid, CPR, OSHA training, or environmental health are highly desirable. Familiarity with workers' compensation law and environmental compliance standards is essential for success in this role. Ability to conduct training & development sessions that enhance employee understanding of safety protocols. Exceptional communication skills for reporting incidents clearly and collaborating across teams to uphold safety standards. #J-18808-Ljbffr
