Unit Coordinator

Night Shift Provide administrative support and patient care coordination to maintain an organized, family‑centered care environment. Deliver outstanding customer service to families and visitors and conduct screening for everyone entering the inpatient units. Support all Children’s staff in improving the health and well‑being of all children through excellence in patient care, teaching, and research. Work is non‑sedentary, and during scheduled hours the employee may be required to mobilize work in various areas. Required Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience working with diverse populations. Required Credentials None. Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in a related field. Two (2) or more years of experience in direct customer interactive situations. Certificate in Medical Terminology or equivalent. Familiarity with other cultures or bilingual skills highly desirable. Compensation Range $21.64 – $32.45 per hour. Salary Information This range is calculated based on full‑time employment (2,080 hours per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
