TEKsystems is hiring Health Information Management Clerks to work ON SITE assisting a client based in Hershey, PA.

 

Candidates are encouraged to apply if they have experience in:

-Healthcare front desk

-Heavy healthcare phone experience of some kind

 

The positions are opening due to both the immediate demands associated with EPIC go-live and an existing need for additional HIM

support

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Professionally answer incoming calls, assist patients, and other requestors.

- Retrieve and return voicemail messages promptly.

- Verify patient identity and demographic information.

- Obtain verbal authorizations according to established procedures after training.

- Navigate electronic medical record systems to locate patient information.

- Assist with Release of Information requests and related workflows.

 

SHIFTS/HOURS AVAILABLE

Monday- Friday 8:00am-4:30pm- 1 Saturday a month when needed!

 

PAY

20-22/hr. (based off experience)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hershey, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
