Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments of clients' mental health and social needs through interviews and psychological evaluations to create individualized support plans.

• Offer one-on-one and group counseling sessions utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy to help clients navigate personal challenges.

• Develop and execute tailored service plans that prioritize clients' goals, tracking their progress and adapting strategies as needed.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, complemented by a generous sign-on bonus.
