This position is a fully remote role, allowing for a flexible work environment that promotes a healthy work-life balance. While the majority of counseling services are offered virtually, you will also have the opportunity to work out of our outpatient office in Cherry Hill when needed. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that address the specific needs of each client.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, and groups using techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, case managers, and support staff, to ensure comprehensive treatment approaches for clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation within Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, adhering to ethical and legal standards regarding client confidentiality.

• Engage in regular professional development activities, such as attending workshops, seminars, and training sessions, to stay informed about the latest research and methodologies in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base that includes adults, adolescents, couples, and families, many of whom may have limited access to mental health resources. Our clients often present with various issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your role will be pivotal in providing compassionate care that empowers clients to overcome obstacles and achieve their mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• A current and active LPC license in the state of New Jersey.

• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience, with a strong understanding of therapeutic practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
