Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and detailed evaluations to create personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions using a variety of modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Engage in collaborative care, partnering with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to provide holistic support encompassed within a client's treatment journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary package ranging from USD 300,000 to 400,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
