Work Environment\n

The work setting for this role is primarily remote, enabling you to work from your home environment or our outpatient office located in East Orange, NJ. This flexibility allows you to manage your schedule effectively, with core hours from Monday to Friday, typically between 9 AM and 5 PM. Supportive administration is available to assist with non-clinical tasks like billing and appointment scheduling, enabling you to focus on what you do best—providing exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that support individual client goals.

• Deliver individual, couple, and family therapy for a diverse client population facing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, and significant life changes.

• Maintain precise, timely, and HIPAA-compliant documentation utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including medical professionals and other relevant stakeholders, to facilitate holistic client care.

• Engage in clinical supervision and pursue professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills.

• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities and continuously evaluate the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions.

The clients served at Cedarbrook Clinical Partners come from varied backgrounds, presenting an array of mental health issues. This includes adolescents and adults grappling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other emotional difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid LPC license in the state of New Jersey.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• At least 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience in a relevant setting.
\n
• Strong foundation in various therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care principles.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a client-centered approach to therapy.

Preferred Experience\n

• Proficiency in using electronic health record platforms and experience with telehealth practices.

• Bilingual candidates will be preferred, although not required.

• A competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
