Key Responsibilities\n

• Evaluate clients' mental health conditions through comprehensive assessments and collaborative discussions to develop tailored treatment plans that meet individual needs.

• Provide expert counseling services, utilizing various therapeutic modalities to help clients achieve their goals, while ensuring timely documentation of sessions in compliance with company guidelines.

• Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously enhance skills and share insights with colleagues, thus contributing to our collective expertise and service quality.

• Coordinate care by engaging with case managers, families, medical personnel, and other stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to each client's treatment.

• Maintain a high level of client service, responding thoughtfully to inquiries and concerns, and creating a supportive therapeutic environment.

• Implement creative and effective interventions based on evidence-based practices to address the unique challenges faced by clients.

• Complete case notes, treatment plan reviews, and other required documentation accurately and within designated timeframes.

The LPC will work with a vast array of clients, including individuals from various backgrounds and with differing needs such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in a behavioral science or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
