Key Responsibilities\n

• Keep meticulous records of patient progress, treatment plans, and diagnostic information within the organization’s healthcare systems.

• Support patients with physical disorders in adopting healthier lifestyles, utilizing counseling techniques to foster behavioral change.

• Equip patients with self-management skills and educational resources to enhance their engagement in treatment and recovery processes.

• Provide insights to clinic management and colleagues regarding behavioral health services and recommend areas for evaluating program effectiveness and outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 87,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
