Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health, establishing rapport and trust to gather relevant information.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that address specific mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and eating disorders.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities tailored to client needs, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Maintain comprehensive client records, ensuring all documentation is accurate, confidential, and up-to-date to support ongoing care and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to discuss treatment options, share insights, and strategize on complex cases, ensuring holistic care for all clients.

• Engage in continuous professional development and participate in supervision groups to enhance clinical skills and stay informed of industry best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will primarily work with a diverse population, including adolescents and adults seeking help with a wide array of mental health challenges. Particular attention will be given to individuals experiencing substance use disorders, major depressive episodes, anxiety disorders, and eating disorders. Through tailored therapeutic strategies, you will help clients navigate their unique paths toward recovery and mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field, coupled with a valid LPC license in Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of five years of professional experience as a licensed counselor, showcasing direct clinical practice and supervised experience in therapeutic environments.

Compensation and Benefits\n
