Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to diverse client groups, including individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Employ various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, adapting methods to suit each client's unique circumstances.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to deliver holistic care and ensure continuity of treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Phoenix Counseling Center, you will primarily work with adult clients facing a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.
