Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and continuous evaluations to define each client's mental health status and needs, facilitating the development of customized treatment plans.

• Implement individual therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques. For example, you will adapt Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) strategies based on the client’s presenting issues.

• Collaborate closely with clients to establish achievable therapeutic goals and diligently monitor their progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.

• Utilize teletherapy platforms effectively to deliver high-quality mental health care while ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.

• Maintain accurate documentation in adherence to ethical and regulatory guidelines. This includes detailed notes on client sessions, treatment plans, and progress reports.

Qualifications\n
