Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each client’s needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic approaches, to deliver personalized counseling.

• Engage with clients through individual sessions, as well as group and family therapy, facilitating supportive discussions and promoting healing.

• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards while also working within EMR software systems.

• Actively participate in ongoing professional development by attending workshops and training sessions to stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mental health practices.

Your work will focus on a diverse client population, including individuals struggling with mental health issues, substance use disorders, and unique life challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Connecticut.

• Minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic techniques.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in family therapy, couples therapy, substance abuse counseling, or trauma-informed care is highly preferred.

• A solid understanding of legal and ethical standards governing counseling practices.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with a diverse range of clients.

• Familiarity with EMR software and technology relevant to telehealth services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this position includes a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, along with performance-based monthly productivity bonuses.
