Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ mental health needs, concerns, and treatment goals effectively.

• Facilitate one-on-one counseling sessions addressing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress, utilizing evidence-based techniques.

• Lead therapeutic sessions for couples and families to improve relationship dynamics, tackle communication challenges, and resolve family conflicts.

• Develop customized treatment plans that are responsive to the specific needs of each client, clearly defining goals and therapeutic interventions.

• Provide crisis intervention services for clients facing immediate mental health challenges, ensuring timely and compassionate support.

• Educate clients and families about mental health issues, coping mechanisms, and available resources, empowering them to make informed decisions.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcome metrics in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Adhere rigorously to ethical guidelines and legal requirements governing the counseling profession, ensuring client confidentiality and informed consent is prioritized.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
