Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapeutic interventions, including comprehensive assessments and diverse therapeutic techniques.

• Deliver evidence-based counseling for individuals, couples, families, and groups, tailored to their specific needs.

• Employ a range of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate in interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and effective clinical care for clients.

• Document clinical notes meticulously and maintain compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC at Care and Connects will work with a broad range of client demographics, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. This diverse client base encompasses individuals facing complex challenges such as trauma, substance misuse, emotional distress, and relationship difficulties. Your role will be critical in providing personalized care that aligns with each client's unique circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Active licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical counseling context is required.

• Demonstrated knowledge of legal and ethical counseling practices.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, along with performance-based bonuses.
