Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and couples therapy sessions for a diverse range of clients, addressing issues such as addiction, relationship challenges, and mental health concerns.

• Utilize effective therapeutic techniques in your practice, ensuring that you meet the unique needs of each client.

• Complete thorough and timely documentation of client interactions, including progress notes and treatment plans, to track client progress and ensure continuity of care.

• Efficiently manage your schedule by organizing ongoing appointments and maintaining an updated calendar for client sessions.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to coordinate care and enrich the therapeutic experience of your clients.

• Stay informed about developments in the field and further your skills through professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work closely with adult clients from various backgrounds who are seeking support for addiction-related challenges and mental health issues. Our team is particularly focused on promoting recovery, fostering resilience, and empowering clients to make lasting changes in their lives. Your role will be critical in facilitating healing and growth within this vulnerable population.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Clinical Social Work, Psychology, or a related discipline.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• Demonstrated professionalism, cultural competency, and the ability to maintain excellent therapeutic boundaries.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills capable of handling a full caseload effectively.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment, showcasing both self-motivation and self-sufficiency.

• Availability for at least 20-25 client hours per week, including two evenings per week for client appointments.

Compensation and Benefits\n
