Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services, including individual and group therapy, to patients experiencing symptoms of major mental illness, thereby supporting their recovery process.

• Create and implement integrated care plans that ensure access to linked services, collaborating closely with clients, family members, and other professionals.

• Crisis intervention support, offering immediate, compassionate assistance in urgent situations that require swift action.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records, ensuring timely completion of reports and data submissions, which can directly influence treatment outcomes.

• Manage a caseload of clients, ensuring their treatment focuses on addressing their immediate problems as well as their long-term recovery objectives.

• Provide on-call coverage during and after program hours as assigned, ensuring continuous support for clients who may need urgent assistance.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
