Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance while operating with a Nurse Detox Center framework. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that includes healthcare providers, educators, and family support services to deliver high-quality care to our clients. Your primary interaction will be with families and children under the early intervention program, where a nurturing and supportive environment is paramount to successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children to identify developmental needs and challenges.

• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) while coordinating with a team of professionals.
\n
• Monitor and document outcomes, adjusting intervention strategies as necessary to ensure progress is made towards developmental goals.
\n
• Provide evidence-based support and resources to families, enhancing their understanding and ability to promote their child's development.
\n
• Foster positive relationships with children, families, and team members, emphasizing a respectful and empathetic approach.
\n
• Collaborate closely with families to create joint plans that integrate best practices and align with the Natural Learning Environment framework.
\n
• Utilize coaching techniques and natural environment teaching to facilitate family engagement and understanding.
\n
• Adhere strictly to all relevant Federal and State regulations, ensuring compliance and best practices in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on very young children, infants, and toddlers experiencing developmental delays, disabilities, or other challenges. By providing early intervention services, you will support families in navigating complex needs and ensuring that children gain essential skills in physical, cognitive, social-emotional, and communication domains during critical developmental periods.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.

• Current LCSW licensure by the Department of Public Health.
\n
• Must possess a valid driver’s license for occasional travel.
\n
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to effectively manage a caseload.
\n
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage collaboratively with families and team members.
\n
• Commitment to the principles of the Natural Learning Environment and an ability to adapt practices to meet diverse learning styles.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 80,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
