Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and interviews with clients to understand their current circumstances, needs, and personal strengths.

• Implement and coordinate comprehensive support packages, guiding clients through therapeutic interventions aimed at overcoming substance dependencies.

• Provide ongoing counseling sessions that build trust and facilitate open dialogue, assisting clients in understanding their circumstances and exploring constructive coping mechanisms.

• Monitor clients’ progress and regularly evaluate treatment outcomes, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure optimal care and support.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and state regulations.

• Participate actively in case conferences, presenting insights and contributing to collaborative care discussions with other professionals.

• Serve as a key-worker within the multidisciplinary team, building strong relationships across disciplines to enhance client care.

• Connect clients with appropriate community resources and services to support their recovery and reintegration into daily life.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily serves adolescents and adults facing substance addiction issues, along with co-occurring mental health disorders. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will engage with a diverse client population, requiring an understanding of various cultural backgrounds and the ability to establish rapport quickly. You will work to support clients through the complexities of recovery in a safe and therapeutic environment while fostering their strengths and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW), psychology, or sociology is required.

• Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Tennessee.

• Proven experience in social work, especially in mental health or substance use settings, is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
