Fund Accountant

We are seeking a Senior Client Service Representative (Fund Accountant) to support institutional clients by delivering exceptional service across Fund Accounting, Fund Administration, and Custody operations. This role serves as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring timely issue resolution, operational excellence, and a high-quality client experience.

salary: $24 - $29 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Calculate daily NAVs and prepare month-end and year-end reporting.
• Respond to client inquiries and provide timely, accurate issue resolution.
• Review and resolve daily accounting breaks and reconciliation issues.
• Utilize internal systems and technology to support fund accounting operations and client deliverables.
• Prepare internal and external financial reports while ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of Fund Accounting experience.
• Knowledge of corporate actions, equity, fixed income, derivatives, and emerging markets.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Bloomberg and Reuters is preferred.
