Location: 1202 Highway 60 Socorro, NM 87801-3914 Compensation: Minimum $42.69 hourly, Maximum $56.55 hourly Position Summary Build your career while making a difference. Presbyterian is seeking a Charge Nurse in the Family Birthing Center at Socorro General Hospital in Socorro, New Mexico. This full‑time role provides clinical and operational shift supervision of care processes. Responsibilities Work under the direction of the Nursing Director and the Department RN Manager to provide leadership for the shift. Provide clinical and operational shift supervision and oversee care processes. Collaborate with RN Assistant Manager as part of the management/leadership team. Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) in New Mexico or compact. Minimum one year of nursing experience. ADN credential or equivalent. Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) and Fetal Monitoring certification. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Compensation and Benefits Full time FTE: 0.90; Exempt: No; Work shift: Days. Sign‑on and relocation bonuses available. Differentials for night/weekend shifts, higher education, certifications and various lead roles (for eligible positions). Malpractice liability insurance.
