Customer Service Representative

Job Title: Call Center Customer Care Specialist Location: Hybrid Pay Rate: $18.00 – $21.00/hr Contract Duration: 6 Months Overview We are recruiting for openings for a temporary Call Center Customer Service role. Required Experience 1–3 years of proven experience in call center customer service Preferably within the financial services sector Core Responsibilities Respond to incoming calls from brokers, clients, merchants, and financial institutions Handle inquiries related to checking, debit cards, ACH, and bill payments Deliver high-quality customer service using established call techniques Ensure prompt, courteous, and accurate handling of all inquiries Document client interactions and recommendations in compliance with company policies Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail Participate in training and professional development sessions Qualifications Professional telephone etiquette and strong communication skills Ability to convey complex information clearly and professionally Empathy and problem-solving skills to address client concerns Familiarity with banking products and financial transactions Ability to follow structured processes and work under supervision Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams) Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
