Role Description AdTime Marketing is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to manage company finances and support day-to-day accounting operations. This hybrid position is based in Skokie, IL. The ideal candidate is highly efficient in QuickBooks and experienced in handling accounts receivable, accounts payable, credit card reconciliations, and overall financial recordkeeping. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial data and ensuring smooth internal accounting processes. Responsibilities Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable Reconcile credit card and bank statements Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks Prepare and record journal entries Assist with financial reporting and internal statements Monitor company expenses and ensure accuracy Support month-end and year-end closing processes Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company procedures Qualifications Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Solid understanding of general accounting principles Experience with journal entries and account reconciliations Experience managing ACH transactions and familiarity with Positive Pay banking controls required Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage priorities To Apply Please email your resume to View email address on click.appcast.io with “Bookkeeper – Skokie, IL” in the subject line. #J-18808-Ljbffr
