Accounts Payable Associate II

Description We are on Fire! Ignite Medical Resorts home office is Hiring! This is an onsite position, not Hybrid or Remote. We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Accounts Payable Associate II to join our finance team. This role is essential in maintaining accurate financial records and timely processing of invoices. The ideal candidate will possess strong understanding of accounting principles, experience with various software and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Key Responsibilities Invoice processing (Data Entry) Contribute to automation of tasks and documentation of processes Ensure that invoices are processed in accordance with established processes and procedures.
