Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions to devise individualized treatment strategies tailored to their unique needs and therapeutic goals.
• Implement treatment plans utilizing diverse therapeutic methods, such as exercises, hands-on techniques, and modalities to alleviate pain and promote mobility.
• Maintain meticulous records of patient progress, therapies, and outcomes to ensure continuity of care and adherence to treatment protocols.
• Regularly reassess patients to modify and adjust treatment plans, ensuring they remain relevant and effective in helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
• Offer guidance and instruction to patients, caregivers, and other health team members on the correct use of assistive devices and rehabilitation techniques.
• Actively participate in professional development by attending workshops, seminars, and engaging with the latest in physical therapy literature and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you'll primarily work with a diverse spectrum of patients, ranging from children to older adults, and covering various diagnoses. This encompasses post-surgical rehabilitation, chronic pain management, sports injuries, pediatric physical therapy, and geriatric care. Your expertise will play a crucial role in facilitating their recovery journeys and restoring functionality.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• Must hold a valid State License in Physical Therapy.
