Sales Compensation Analyst

Detail-oriented and analytical, the full-time Senior Sales Compensation Analyst will manage the administration, validation, and reporting of sales compensation programs remotely, ensuring accurate commission processing and maintaining compensation plans in CaptivateIQ. Key responsibilities Administer assigned sales compensation plans in CaptivateIQ, including various incentive programs Support monthly and quarterly commission processing, including payout validation and reconciliation Investigate and resolve compensation inquiries, disputes, and exceptions in a timely manner Required qualifications 3+ years of hands-on CaptivateIQ experience 5+ years of experience in sales compensation, finance, or related analytical roles Experience administering compensation plans and validating payouts Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including formulas and pivot tables Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, especially during peak cycles
