Qualifications & Experience:

• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of one year experience in an emergency room (ER) setting
• Proficiency in critical thinking, quick decision-making, and prioritization of patient needs
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities with physicians and other members of the healthcare team
• Electronic medical record (EMR) experience preferred

Schedule/Hours:

• Flexible shifts may be available, with schedules oriented around facility needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide immediate and skilled nursing care to patients experiencing medical emergencies
• Triage patient conditions and collaborate in the development of care plans
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and manage IVs
• Record and update patient information accurately in electronic health records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients
• Educate patients and families regarding treatments, diagnostics, and aftercare plans
