Establish accounts and ensure strict compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements.Efficiently enter, post, and reconcile Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), payroll, and other daily financial transactions.Prepare comprehensive financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.Interpret and apply accounting policies, rules, and regulations to all work to ensure total alignment with industry standards.Work closely with the core accounting team and tackle other financial duties as required to keep operations running smoothly.What We Are Looking For (Job Requirements):2+ years of proven experience working in accounting or bookkeeping.Advanced experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel is required. QuickBooks Online knowledge.Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is highly preferred.A strong understanding of general accounting procedures and an unmatched attention to detail.The ability to successfully balance multiple projects while consistently meeting deadlines.Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $23.00 - $26.00 Per Hour
