Senior Project Accountant

Growth potential Job Description: Familiarity with multiple divisions and locations is preferable.
• Job Billings for our more complex customer contracts.
• Reconcile Sheet Metal divisional revenue monthly.
• Enter Estimates into software.
• Maintain job master files. Updating of contract values and estimates as change orders are received.
• Maintain Certificate of Insurance files - paper and online.
• Oversee Master Subcontract files.
• Enter subcontracts into software ensuring insurance is up to date.
• Answer payment questions from suppliers as they arise on pay-when-paid contracts.
• Cross training in and the ability to back up other areas: Accounts Payable, Billing, Cash Posting, Job Creation, Subcontracts, and Payroll.
• 1099 NEC, 1099-MISC, 1099-INT annual reporting.
• Contributor to annual audit, as directed.
• Other miscellaneous duties as directed. Qualifications: 2+ years Construction Accounting experience
