Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive assessments for new patients and their families to identify strengths and challenges, ensuring tailored therapeutic approaches.

• Maintain detailed documentation, including billing codes, treatment plans, and insurance authorizations, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations as well as organization policies.

• Develop and implement thorough crisis plans, safety plans, and relapse prevention strategies to support patients in maintaining stability in their lives.

• Create successful discharge plans and follow up with clients to support their transition after therapy.

• Stay current with professional development through training, attending workshops, and pursuing continuing education opportunities to enhance clinical skills.

• Engage in regular case consultations and participate in multidisciplinary agency meetings to promote collaboration and share knowledge.

• Complete required licensure and mandatory training in a timely manner to uphold the standards of the profession.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
