Title: Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator

Location: Whitsett, NC 27377

Pay: $25/hr on W2

Shift: Mon–Frid, 11:00 AM–7:00 PM

Position Summary
Seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator to support recruiting, onboarding, workforce administration, and employee support. This role will maintain workforce records, process DLMS transactions, coordinate new hires, and provide operational support to employees, supervisors, and Talent Acquisition teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support recruiters with hiring, candidate communication, and onboarding activities.
• Prepare offer documents, hiring packets, and onboarding materials.
• Coordinate pre-employment activities, start dates, and orientations.
• Process employee additions, transfers, status changes, and updates in DLMS.
• Maintain accurate workforce and employee records.
• Generate hiring, onboarding, attendance, and workforce reports.
• Support employees and supervisors with workforce system and HR-related questions.
• Prepare badges and assist with onboarding documentation.
• Use Microsoft Excel and Forms for workforce tracking and reporting.
• Support HR, Operations, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition with administrative needs.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED.
• 1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, onboarding, workforce administration, or administrative support.
• Experience supporting employee onboarding.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.

Preferred

• Associate degree or higher.
• DLMS or workforce management system experience.
• Manufacturing or distribution experience.
• Microsoft Forms/workflow automation experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
