Job Summary
Financial Services company is seeking a Lockbox Payment Processor for an opportunity with a fast-paced lockbox operations team in Shoreview, MN. This onsite role is ideal for candidates with experience in payment processing, lockbox operations, mailroom processing, document handling, data entry, or banking operations. In this role, you will help ensure financial documents and payments are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time. You will work in a structured production environment with clear procedures, supportive team collaboration, and daily goals. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys routine clerical operations, numerical data entry, accuracy-focused work, and contributing to a reliable back-office banking function. Key Responsibilities - Capture, sort, organize, and distribute financial documents and payments for processing.- Prepare incoming lockbox work for machine processing, imaging, and data entry.
- Perform routine operational tasks while meeting daily production deadlines and quality standards.
- Verify payment and document information for accuracy and completeness.
- Operate processing equipment and machinery as needed in a production environment.
- Follow established procedures while working independently and collaborating with team members. Compensation and Benefits - Pay: $19.00 to $19.50 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM.
- Job Type: Contract/Temporary.
- Assignment Length: 3 months.
- Work Arrangement: 100% onsite.
- Location: Shoreview, MN 55126.
- Additional hours may be required based on business needs.
