Account Executive - Fire Alarm Systems

Responsibilities Identifies new opportunities around New York City within commercial, multifamily, retail, and other facilities to sell our fire alarm and integrated security systems. Hunt, and prospecting new leads through a variety of strategies - cold calling, networking events, industry meet-ups, etc. Consistently close business deals by identifying client needs, negotiating win-win solutions, and driving opportunities from initial contact through signed agreements Maintains accurate sales activities around pipeline, and prospective customers. Build rapport and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners. Analyze and understand architectural, mechanical, and electrical drawings/plans Reviews job labor, material, and time requirements by analyzing bid documents Develops cost estimates by gathering bid documents, blueprints, and project specification information Develops, and presents, required proposals. Build relationships with electrical and general contractors with an emphasis on finding new construction deals. Qualifications 5 Years experience in selling to Electrical and General Contractors 5 years of selling Fire Alarm & Integrated Security Nicet level 2 Certified (Optional) Vast knowledge of NYC Fire Alarm Codes and NYFPA72 CRM experience required Computer skills needed (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, DocuSign, etc.) Company Overview Mutual Central Alarm (MCA) offers the most advanced and effective electronic security systems and services available today.
