Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine client needs and treatment goals for both individuals and couples across various age groups.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, and solution-focused techniques.

• Maintain meticulous documentation for all client interactions, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Utilize our dedicated billing service to manage insurance claims, client payments, and eligibility checks, allowing you to focus on client care.

• Schedule and manage appointments effectively, maintaining an organized calendar to ensure continuity of care and support client engagement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse array of clients, including those experiencing substance use disorders, co-occurring mental health conditions, and relationship challenges. Our approach is client-centered, with an emphasis on building trust and fostering open communication to facilitate healing and growth. Your ability to develop strong therapeutic alliances will be critical to client success.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited program and hold an active LCSW license.

• Ability to work a full-time schedule of approximately 40 hours weekly, including a minimum of 2 evenings per week.
