The Job:OMG23 | Disney Entertainment | Paid DigitalOMG23 is looking for a Coordinator, Search and Social to support the day-to-day execution of paid media campaigns. This role is hands-on and detail-driven. You’ll help traffic campaigns, optimize performance, build reports, and keep everything running smoothly across paid social and paid search.What You’ll Do:Paid SocialSet up and manage ads and targeting across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and SnapchatPull and analyze audience and performance reportsSupport weekly and ad hoc reportingCompile campaign screenshots and QA reporting dataManage insertion orders and accounting detailsYou Bring:Bachelor’s degree or relevant experienceInterest or experience in online marketing; paid search or paid social is a plusBasic understanding of SEM, SEO, display, and paid socialProficient in Excel and Word; PowerPoint is a plusStrong communicator (written and verbal)Flexible and adaptable in fast-moving environmentsProactive problem-solver with sharp critical thinkingThis is a front-row seat to how paid media really works.
