HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER

Qualifications Graduation from high school or vocational high school, or possession of an approved high school equivalency certificate 5 to 10 years of experience in human resources and personnel administration Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, payroll administration, benefits, and labor relations Ability to interpret and apply laws, policies, regulations, and labor agreements Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency with computerized HR and payroll systems (preferred) Valid New Jersey Driver’s License (preferred if required for operational duties) How to Apply Submit an online application at: Please also send your resume and letter of interest to Borough Manager James Gant at View email address on click.appcast.io.
