Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health, creating detailed treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, addressing a wide range of mental health issues, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. Your expertise will help clients develop resilience and coping mechanisms, promoting improved mental health outcomes. Engaging with clients in a culturally sensitive manner is essential to ensure all voices are heard and valued.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.

• Minimum four years of direct counseling experience in a clinical setting.

• Demonstrated understanding of mental health disorders and their treatment, alongside proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Strong crisis intervention skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and effectively.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a track record of building rapport with diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
