We are looking for a ServiceNow Project Manager who can lead Agile delivery of ServiceNow projects and ensure successful implementation.

Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end ServiceNow projects
- Serve as Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews)
- Coordinate with stakeholders, developers, and business teams
- Track project progress, risks, and deliverables
- Ensure on-time, high-quality ServiceNow releases
- 3-5+ years of ServiceNow project management experience
- Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master
- Knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Scrum Master and/or ServiceNow certifications
- PMP Certification
- Experience working with Department of Treasury
