Job Details: Job Location: Bay Area, CA 94611; Salary Range: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year. This is a multi‑site position requiring travel between sites, with occasional work from home at the discretion of the Director of People and Culture and the CEO. Job Summary The Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Lead oversees recruiting coordination, onboarding operations, candidate experience, and hiring logistics across Cardea Health. This role supports organizational growth and workforce stability by ensuring efficient, organized, and high‑quality hiring and onboarding processes. Job Duties & Responsibilities Oversee day‑to‑day recruiting coordination and onboarding operations across multiple programs and sites. Supervise and support Recruiting Coordinators and recruiting support staff. Coordinate job postings, candidate tracking, interview scheduling, onboarding logistics, and hiring workflows. Partner with hiring managers regarding staffing needs, recruitment timelines, interview coordination, and onboarding preparation. Support sourcing efforts and candidate pipeline management for operational and clinical positions. Help maintain a positive, organized, and responsive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Oversee onboarding processes including pre‑employment requirements, orientation scheduling, system setup coordination, and onboarding communications. Ensure hiring and onboarding processes remain organized, timely, compliant, and consistent across locations. Assist with recruitment reporting, hiring metrics, staffing updates, and process improvement initiatives. Support recruiting events, job fairs, community outreach efforts, and workforce development initiatives as needed. Collaborate with People & Culture leadership to improve hiring strategies, onboarding experience, and workforce retention efforts. Assist with maintaining recruiting and onboarding documentation, templates, and process guides. Assist with training implementations and tracking of training completion. Perform other related duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to manage high‑volume workflows and competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Minimum 3years of recruiting, onboarding, talent acquisition, or HR coordination experience. Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Preferred Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Experience supporting multi‑site or operational workforces. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, HRIS systems, and onboarding platforms. Previous experience supervising or leading recruiting support staff. Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office. Physical Requirements Occasional sitting or stationary work. Frequent standing, walking, kneeling, stooping, and ascending stairs. Occasional lifting and carrying up to 20lbs. Frequent pushing and pulling. Frequent reaching high, low, and level. Work Environment This is a multi‑site position requiring travel between sites.
