???? What You’ll Do (Your Day-to-Day)

As a Sales & Brand Ambassador Intern, you’ll serve as the face of AllTech inside high-traffic retail partner environments (Home Depot locations in Sterling, Reston, and Fairfax):

• Engage & Connect: Initiate natural, energetic, and pressure-free conversations with shoppers to build immediate rapport.

• Identify Opportunities: Spot customer needs around home comfort, heating, cooling, and plumbing services.

• Generate Qualified Leads: Schedule free, no-obligation consultations for our senior System Design Professionals and promote store-exclusive tune-up specials.

• Represent an A+ Brand: Speak confidently about AllTech’s 20+ year track record, A+ BBB rating, and outstanding customer feedback.

• Pipeline Management: Collect accurate customer details and log prospective leads into our system for seamless office follow-up.

• Receive Direct Coaching: Work hand-in-hand with an experienced Sales Manager who provides active mentorship, pitch coaching, and performance feedback.
