Supply Chain and Manufacturing Expert for AI Training

This position offers the opportunity to contribute to foundational AI models while working with a leading AI lab. Key Responsibilities

• Guide research teams to close knowledge gaps and enhance AI model performance in Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Logistics.
• Create and maintain precise annotation standards specific to Supply Chain and Manufacturing topics, setting the gold standard for quality and rigor.
• Design challenging, domain-relevant tasks across multiple specializations and write accurate, well-structured solutions to Supply Chain and Manufacturing problems.
• Evaluate supply chain tasks and solutions, providing clear, written feedback.
• Collaborate with other subject matter experts to ensure consistency and accuracy in training data.

• 8+ years of professional experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing Operations, or Logistics at recognized top-tier organizations (e.g., Amazon, Apple, P&G, Boeing, Tesla, Caterpillar, Unilever, 3M, GE, Walmart, Deere & Co., Pfizer, or similar global enterprises).
• Demonstrable history of progressive career growth (e.g., from Supply Chain Analyst to Supply Chain Manager to Director of Operations or equivalent).
• Deep, specific focus in core supply chain or manufacturing functions.
• Availability to engage reliably for at least 20 hours per week during weekdays.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and interpersonal skills.

This is a W-2 employment position with Cincinnatus LLC, with the opportunity to be placed at a leading AI Lab as part of their extended workforce.

Hourly compensation ranges from $80 to $110.
