Hebrew Transcription Specialist for AI Training

Produce and refine Hebrew transcriptions that train and improve next-generation AI systems. You will correct machine-generated transcripts, add contextual annotations and metadata, and help shape transcription guidelines so models learn to interpret spoken Hebrew accurately. No prior AI experience is required; domain expertise in Hebrew transcription and annotation is the primary requirement. This work supports micro1, an AI data lab focused on creating high-quality training data and evaluations for frontier models.

• Accurately transcribe and review Hebrew audio, maintaining high fidelity to the source material.
• Correct machine-generated Hebrew transcriptions by identifying and fixing inaccuracies and misinterpretations.
• Apply detailed metadata tags and contextual annotations to improve transcription quality and downstream usability.
• Collaborate with the customer team to deliver consistent, high-quality outputs on schedule.
• Provide clear feedback and suggestions to improve transcription guidelines and processes.
• Maintain an organized workflow when handling large datasets and multiple audio files.
• Communicate clearly in writing and verbally across all interactions and documentation.

• Fluent-level proficiency in Hebrew, with excellent listening and comprehension skills.
• Proven experience in audio transcription, annotation, and metadata tagging.
• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure precise and consistent outputs.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain linguistic nuances clearly.
• Familiarity with common audio file formats and transcription tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, distributed team environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
• No prior AI or machine-learning experience required; domain transcription expertise is sufficient.

• Background as an audio engineer, data annotator, or professional transcriber.
• Experience correcting and enhancing machine-generated transcriptions.
• Previous work on large-scale or sensitive transcription projects.
