Hebrew-English Language Evaluator for AI Training

Help improve Hebrew-language AI systems by evaluating spoken audio for naturalness, fluency, and linguistic authenticity. This remote contract role relies on your native-level Hebrew expertise to provide precise, real-world feedback that supports model training, reasoning, and language generation. No prior AI experience is required. Key Responsibilities

• Listen to Hebrew audio clips and evaluate the nativeness and fluency of speakers or model outputs.
• Assess pronunciation, intonation, and linguistic authenticity using established guidelines.
• Document evaluations in clear, concise English, identifying relevant linguistic factors.
• Provide detailed justifications for each assessment to support consistent results.
• Work with project coordinators to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguities in language content.
• Share insights that help strengthen Hebrew language understanding and generation in AI systems.
• Complete assigned audio-review work accurately, on time, and to a high quality standard.

• Native-level Hebrew proficiency, including strong spoken and written command of the language.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher, particularly for written and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to explain nuanced linguistic differences clearly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and accuracy.
• Background in voice specialization, linguistics, phonetics, music or audio engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience with audio analysis, transcription, or linguistic assessment is highly valued.
• Experience in media, communications, or teaching is an asset.

• Remote contract engagement.

• $30 to $65 per hour.
