Institutional Press Manager

Summary The Institutional Press Manager supports the Communications department by executing institutional, Maison, and Equestrian press initiatives across national and regional media. This role assists the Director in crafting strategic storytelling, securing editorial placement, and coordinating press programs to drive brand visibility. The role also manages media tracking, event logistics, budget tracking, and cross-functional alignment for institutional projects and store openings. Responsibilities Support the Director on Maison, Equestrian, and Institutional press requests and initiatives Develop and execute strategic storytelling and product editorial placement in top-tier national, regional, and digital outlets Track corporate and crisis communications coverage and elevate issues to senior team and headquarters Partner with Corporate Social Responsibility team to align press strategy with non-profit and D&I initiatives Liaise with Maison and Equestrian press, coordinate product loans with Showroom Manager, and manage press logistics for events and store openings Arrange travel, hotel, and experiences for institutional and Maison events and support guest list development Oversee Press Freelancer day-to-day tasks and assist with budget development, tracking, and invoice processing Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred 3-4 years of experience, including hands-on internship, in press, communications, or similar roles High attention to detail and proven ability to meet short- and long-term deadlines Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills; solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Experience with Launchmetrics and Meltwater a plus; corporate/crisis communications experience a plus Maison (home) and equestrian media experience a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Brobston Group LLC
