Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Trillium Family Therapy, you will work primarily with individuals, couples, and families dealing with a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and stress management. Your compassionate approach will empower clients to navigate their struggles and build healthier lifestyles while actively participating in their recovery journey.

Qualifications\n

• Active State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Demonstrated experience in providing therapeutic services to individuals and groups.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage caseloads and administrative tasks.

• Excellent communication skills to facilitate open and clear dialogue with clients and team members.

Compensation and Benefits\n
