Business Operations Specialist

Job Title: Business Operations Specialist Location: Westminster, CO (4 days onsite) Duration: Temp - 5 months Pay Range: $35/hr $38/hr (W2) Job Description We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in partner relationship management (PRM), sales operations processes, and data analysis and a proven ability to optimize partner pipelines, resolve partner queries, and maintain accurate lead routing and reporting. Responsibilities Manage the pipeline reporting function, including approval of partner-registered deals per defined requirements. Audit partner-submitted deals against specified data elements and quality standards. Oversee onboarding of new partners into the partner portal and ensure process adherence. Resolve partner queries and address issues related to PRM tool usage. Complete analysis on PRM tool metrics and usage to inform improvements. Ensure lead routing methodologies are followed and accurately recorded within the partner portal. Support the PRM administrator with tool updates, configurations, and maintenance. Required Skills & Qualifications 2–4 years in a quantitative role such as sales operations, finance, business operations, data analytics, or business analytics. Experience in customer engagement and query resolution. High analytical competency with proven problem-solving ability. Proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel, including data validation and reporting. Ability to adapt to change, work in a matrixed environment, and manage competing demands. Preferred Skills Experience with PRM or CRM platforms and partner portals. Background in lead management, deal registration workflows, or sales policy compliance. #J-18808-Ljbffr BCforward
