We're looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Marketing Specialist who wants to be out front, not behind the scenes. As one of the faces of our brand, you'll help bring our personality to life through social media, video content, community events, and in-store engagement. You'll create connections with both our English- and Spanish-speaking customers while helping keep marketing projects organized and moving forward.

What You’ll Do

Social Media & Brand Ambassador

• Become a recognizable, friendly on-camera face of CS Lots 4 Less on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other channels.
• Create and capture short-form videos, photos and stories featuring exciting deals, merchandise, customers, team members and store happenings.
• Work with our team and creative partners to plan content, keep posts moving and engage with our community.

Events & Community - Make Connections

• Help plan, promote and host fun in-store events and community activities.
• Represent our company at neighborhood events, Chamber gatherings and local business meetings.
• Build relationships with nearby businesses, schools and nonprofits and spot opportunities for partnerships.

Marketing Coordination - Make It Happen

• Maintain our marketing calendar, organize assets and follow through on deadlines.
• Help execute customer emails, direct mail, loyalty communications and promotions.
• Coordinate with store teams and outside specialists; assist with approved digital campaign tasks when needed.
• Keep basic records and results organized and use modern tools to work efficiently.

• Have hands-on experience creating social media content, especially reels or short videos.
• Are creative and energetic but also highly organized and reliable.
• Take initiative, communicate well and enjoy a fast-paced, ever-changing retail setting.
• Can balance being a public-facing brand ambassador with getting administrative work done.

Experience & Requirements

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• 3 years + of relevant full-time marketing, social media, communications, events or community experience preferred.
• Experience in retail, hospitality or a community-facing role is a plus; degree helpful but not required.
• Candidates are encouraged to share examples of social media content, short-form videos, or creative campaigns they've personally helped produce.

Work Environment & Schedule

• This is a full-time position with an initial 90-day, on-site onboarding period. After 90 days, the position is eligible for a hybrid schedule of three days on-site and two days remote, based on performance and business needs.
• Flexibility is important, as occasional evenings or weekends may be needed for special events and community activities.
