Job Description
A leading global real estate investment management firm is seeking a Vice President of Asset Management for its debt platform.
\n \nThe role owns a portfolio of real estate debt investments, including loan monitoring, borrower relationships, and leading workouts and modifications, and oversees junior team members.
\n \nCandidates must have 7+ years of multifamily debt asset management experience and a strong understanding of the underlying real estate.
\n \nThe firm has a strong investment track record and offers a collaborative team environment with excellent long-term growth opportunities.
